Live vaccine against Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro) Target titer 800
Composition
One dose of vaccine contains live virus, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Virus of Infectious Bursal Disease, strain MV/5 ≥ 102 EID50.
Excipients: Peptone or L-HB - 120 mg in a vial
Pharmaceutical form
Freeze-dried tablet.
Immunological properties
The vaccine protects vaccinated birds against infectious bursal disease. Has no therapeutic properties.
Target species
Chickens.
Indications
Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens against Infectious Bursal Disease.
Active immunization of chickens with a level of maternal antibodies in ELISA IDEXX not higher than 800.
Interaction with other preparations
Administration simultaneously with other vaccines is not recommended.
Special precautions (during the laying period)
The vaccine does not influence egg laying, fertility, or egg incubation.
Route of administration and dosage:
Dosage – 1 dose per 1 bird.
The vaccine is administered by drinking.
The day before the vaccine is administered, the volume of water in liters that the bird drinks within 2 hours is determined.
On the day of vaccination, the vials containing the vaccine are dissolved in drinking water at room temperature. The vaccine is diluted in such a way that one dose of vaccine for one bird is contained in the volume of water for drinking determined the day before vaccination. Vaccination should preferably be carried out in the morning. Depending on humidity and air temperature, the water supply for broilers will be shut off in 0.5-3 hours and in 1-4 hours for egg-laying birds.
Note
The vaccine is of tissue-origin, so when it is dissolved in the vial, small tissue residues from homogenized tissues of the embryos can be observed.

0 days.
Self-life
24 months. The vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.
Storage conditions
Store the vaccine in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +2 to +8° С.
