Live vaccine against Newcastle Disease
Composition
One dose of vaccine contains live virus, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Virus of Newcastle Disease, strain La Sota clon DK-124 ≥ 106,0 EID50.

Immunological properties
Vaccine provides protection in vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease.
Target species
Poultry, chickens, turkeys.
Indications
Preventive immunization of clinically healthy birds against Newcastle Disease.
Interaction with other preparations
Do not mix with other medicinal and preventive preparations.
Special precautions (during egg-laying period)
No contraindications.
Route of administration and dosage
Vaccine can be administered with one of the methods: orally with drinking water, nasally, or with coarse spray.
- In non-endemic areas:
It is recommended to administer first vaccination at 15-21 days of age.
- In endemic areas for vaccination of day-old chicks, the vaccine can be used by nasal or coarse spray methods, with following booster immunizations at 18-21 days of age.

Vaccine is dissolved in cool and clean water, which should not contain ions of chlorine and iron, with a neutral рН level, one dose per bird. For stabilization of vaccine add 0.2% of dried non-fat milk. The diluted vaccine should be administered to the bird in the morning. Do not administer drinking water to birds during 1-3 hours before vaccination |

Vaccine is dissolved in distilled or cool boiled water. For bird of all age groups administer 2 drops to the nostril at the same time the second nostril should be closed with your finger; in the case of nasal airway impassability the same amount of vaccine should be administered into the bird’s eye |

Vaccine is dissolved in boiled and cool water, which should not contain ions of iron and chlorine. Vaccination is carried out using a sprayer. Spraying is done from a distance of 30-40 cm above the birds. Approximate rate of vaccination 1000 heads per 1 minute. After spraying the vaccine leave the day old chicks to dry off for 20 minutes |

Self-life
24 months. Vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.
Storage conditions
