Live vaccine against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis
Composition
One dose of vaccine contains following viruses, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Virus of Newcastle Disease, clon DK-124 strain La Sota ≥ 106,0 EID50;
Virus of Infectious Bronchitis, strain H-120 ≥ 10,03,5 EID50.
Pharmaceutical form
Freeze-dried tablet.
Immunological properties
Vaccine virus in 10-14 days induces specific immunity and prevents vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
Target species
Chickens.
Indications
Preventive immunization of clinically healthy chickens from 14 days of age against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis.
Interaction with other preparations
Water for dissolving the vaccine should not contain chlorine and iron ions, as well as antibiotics and disinfectants. It can be used from day one.
The decision to use this vaccine before or after any other veterinary medicinal product should be made by the farm veterinarian on a case-by-case basis.
Special precautions (during laying period)
The vaccine does not influence egg laying, fertility or egg incubation.
Route of administration and dosage Coarse spray method:
Dilute 1000 doses of the vaccine with 250-1000 ml of cool (10-20° С) drinking water. Spraying is done from a distance of 30-40 cm above a certain number of chickens. Diameter of droplets should be 0.2-0.3 mm.
Nasal method:
Dilute 1000 doses of the vaccine with 30-50 ml of saline solution and administer one drop in the nasal mucosa or eye conjunctiva.
Oral method:
The vaccine should be diluted in such manner, that every previously identified volume of clean and boiled water of room temperature would contain one dose of vaccine per bird. For best quality of vaccination it is recommended to add 2g of dried non-fat milk per one liter of water or to use product for water preparation for immunization “INDIGO MAX”

Self-life
24 months. After dissolution - within 2 hours.
Storage conditions
Store vaccine in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +2 to +8° C.
